Do you accept reservations?
Yes, we accept reservations. Please reach out via email or phone to arrange a reservation.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our social media for specific information on those dates.
Can you add music or special effects to the video?
Yes, we include music and basic color corrections in all of our standard services. We also offer premium editing services as requested for an additional fee.
Turns out roofing inspectors don’t really care for our favorite jams.
How long will I wait for my photos and videos?
We pride ourselves on our ease of service and fast timetables on our projects. We have a 12-24 hour timeline for photos and 24-48 hours for videos.
Are you licensed?
Yes! All our staff are proud Part 107 license holders and are capable pilots.
How far in advance should I book?
It’s a first come first serve basis for booking, we recommend getting a date to us as soon as possible. A week is the typical lead time.
What happens on a bad weather day?
We reserve the right to deny service due to weather conflicts and acts of God. However, we understand that nobody can control the weather and we offer rescheduling services free of charge due to inclement weather.
Can you do surveying?
We hear you, drone based surveying is in high demand and we are looking into expanding our capabilities into that realm in the future. But as it currently stands no we do not offer surveying services.
